coaching services- NOT

Many have asked me about coaching them and I really thought about it, but decided that I don't have time to share with others now. Besides, why would I want to help others get faster?

That's just dumb.

Ap - don't let the coaching haters get you down bro. I agree though, the majority of cyclists need that extra expense to get them to their next level. Why should we divulge our secrets to help those lost souls that think money spent on coaching can solve their problems. We are a dying breed and must pass on our knowledge to only the most worthy - like the samurai once did.

You are right. I have been racing on used bikes that I have spent no more than $500 on for the last few years and guys always make fun of me and call me names but I dont care.

The same guys that need to spend big money on a bike probably feel better about paying someone to help them. Watts, mets, volts, amps- power meters, tachometers, defibrillators - whatever, JUST RIDE more miles and you will be fine.
