I got in my longest ride of my off season today, 146 miles @ 19.7 mph . Total elevation was around 6,200 ft . Overall a good base mile ride.
In other news, I have emailed in my notice to the boss today, I am quitting work and seeking to ride full time this year. Big sponsor news coming soon! I can't wait to get into a new team kit, this old stuff is getting pretty thin. I swear I can see my pubes through it- my shaving stops mid-thigh!

Look out Ohio and beyond as I think we have a new threat on the scene. It's scary to imagine how much you will rip without the distractions of a job to keep your power supressed. I know our training ride was brief a few months ago but I can tell you move and act like a pro... even if you are "almost" there - he he he.
