For some reason people seem to like leaving negative comments on my blog. The most recent one about me using a template to write race recaps is an example.
Here is what it would look like if I followed the format suggested to me.
Well, I finished on the podium again. I didn't really make any mistakes, because mistakes are for beginners. I did vomit twice during the race, no worries though, nobody saw because i swallowed it and I was way out front at that point. Vomit is a good source of concentrated protein as well so I thought it was a good thing. I flew past all the youngsters on the first lap and never saw them again because they're pretty slow in comparison. There were a couple fast out of townies that were stronger and flat out faster than I, but I did demolish the locals as usual. For now that's the best I can hope for. This years training will put me right up there with the few respectable dudes that smoked me. My style burns the candle at both ends and I carry waterproof matches to relight should it go out.
If you want further details on the race events that happened behind me or the life stories of other racers, you can shop the local blogs scene for their 60,000 word essays on finishing mid-pack.
How's that?
